Recent Work
We recently had an opportunity to work with EmOrg Events to create content for JCAF’s (Jain Chartered Accountant Federation) Foundation Day event. We were responsible for creating engaging and impactful content, ranging from invitation videos to sponsor showcases and keynote speaker presentations fot hyping the event.
The Challenge
The JCAF’s event was a large-scale project with over one thousand five hundred attendees. This meant that we had to capture every detail of the event in order to preserve the memories for future reference. We also had to live-stream the event on YouTube so that those who couldn’t attend could still participate. Event featured an impressive lineup of keynote speakers, including Dr. Ujjwal Patni, CA Navneet Mannot, and Acharya Naypadmasagar Suriji Maharaj. As video content creators, we understood the importance of capturing their insightful speeches and preserving them for future reference.
The Solution
We used a five-camera setup equipped with wireless technology to capture the event from multiple angles. This allowed us to capture all of the important moments, from the keynote speeches to the networking sessions. We also live-streamed the event on YouTube using a dedicated encoder.
The Results
The feedback from the clients, keynote speakers, and attendees was overwhelmingly positive. They were impressed with the quality of the content and the way we captured the essence of the event.
